Skill development supports help participants build confidence and practical life skills in ways that feel meaningful, achievable and connected to their goals.

Supports can be tailored to the individual and delivered through accommodation supports, community access, one-to-one support or The Hub programs.

Areas of skill development may include:

  • Cooking and meal preparation

  • Budgeting and money management

  • Cleaning and household tasks

  • Personal hygiene and routines

  • Communication and social skills

  • Travel and safety skills

  • Work readiness

  • Independence in daily living

Learning through real experiences

We believe some of the best learning happens through everyday experiences, community participation and supportive environments that encourage confidence and independence.

Participants are supported to learn at their own pace in ways that feel practical, engaging and relevant to their goals.
