At Annie’s House, Supported Independent Living is about more than just accommodation - it’s about creating a stable, welcoming environment where participants feel supported to build confidence, independence and meaningful connection.

Our homes are designed to feel calm, comfortable and community-focused, with experienced staff providing personalised supports tailored to each participant’s goals, routines and support needs.

What support can look like

Supports are flexible and tailored to the individual and may include:

  • Daily living assistance

  • Personal care supports

  • Medication support

  • Cooking and meal preparation

  • Household routines and responsibilities

  • Transport and appointments

  • Community participation

  • Social connection

  • Skill development and independence building

We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and allied health teams to ensure supports feel practical, respectful and genuinely person-centred.

Connected supports

Participants living within Annie’s House homes may also have access to:

  • Clinical nursing oversight

  • Community access supports

  • The Hub programs

  • Skill development opportunities

  • Sondrio on 67 social enterprise pathways

This connected approach allows participants to access a wider range of opportunities while remaining supported by a familiar and collaborative team.
